TIL I am £7,000 short of being at my roles' 100% market reference salary.
That's, uh, slightly demoralising, considering how long I've been here and what I've had to learn + do, especially in the last couple of years.
(Non-software engineer who wrote a Python app that is live in Production being a personal milestone, I guess)
The company will only boost salary if I was under 70% of the MRS, which I am not.
